Using her expertise in emotional intelligence, Sue helps professionals of all levels leverage their emotions to influence, build trust, collaborate, and connect effectively for success. She has partnered with clients across industries including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, insurance, consumer goods, government, and non-profit.

Sue is an ICF-certified coach (ACC), has her M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and her B.A. in Government. She is a proud student of the Groundlings School of Improvisation in Hollywood, CA, where she first learned about emotional ranges and the “yes-and” approach, and has been recognized by Training Magazine as a “Top 40 Under 40” trainer.
